We want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring investment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all uninstalled, boxed materials. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Materials
Securely pack the uninstalled flooring planks or tiles in their original manufacturer crates or boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly labeled on the outside.
Ship to Warehouse
Arrange for a carrier pickup or drop off your package at our designated distribution center; please note that return shipping costs for heavy freight are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the materials for damage and confirms the quantity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
